Chocolate Protein Mousse

Maybe your having guests coming around soon, but you don’t really know what to serve for dessert as you are a healthy little ‘munchy’ and do not want to go off track. Well this is the perfect solution. They will never know it is healthy… loaded with omega 3, protein and 90% dark chocolate which contains flavonoids so it increases you blood flow which  can reduce your risk of suffering a heart attack,  stroke or blood clots. But remember this is not milk chocolate. Dark chocolate is the best option, the more cocoa the better, and often the less sugar content. Some chocolate maker don’t even use sugar in theirs, so remember to always look at the ingredients and go for the ‘darkest’ chocolate (highest cocoa content) without the sugar.

Serves 1


1/2 avocado

2 scoops F1 Chocolate

1tsp unsweetened cocoa

100ml semi-skimmed milk


Add all the ingredients into a blender

Blend until smooth… and serve!
