Halloween Pumpkin Protein Muffins

Besides being a popular decoration for the fall season or the symbol of Halloween, pumpkins are a great source of nutrition, loaded with Vitamn A and fiber and low in calories. Pumpkins are a storehouse of vitamins, mineral and other healthy nutrients. Whether it is the pulp or the seeds, pumpkins are great for your health and can offer some incredible benefits. Use the flesh from the pumpkin you are caving and steam it until soft. Then blend it into a puree.

Serves and Makes 6 small Muffins

Ingredients:

2 scoops Herbalife PPP

80g Oatbran

200g Pureed Pumpkin

½ Hydrate stick

1 egg white

1tbs (50-60g) Greek yoghurt

1tsp baking powder

Pumpkin Spice or All Spice (or make your own with- cinnamon, ginger, cover and nutmeg)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

Add all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, and the wet ingredients in a small bowl.

Mix the wet ingredients into the large (dry ingredient) bowl and blend until equally blended

Add into small muffin forms

Place in oven and let them bake for 20min
