Greek Yoghurt, Peanut butter Jelly and Granola Wrap
This wrap contains all three macro nutrients. The complex carbs from the tortilla wrap, protein from the Greek yoghurt and the healthy fats from the peanut butter.
1 tortilla wrap
2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 serving strawberry sugar free jelly
100g Greek yoghurt
Roll wrap and place into grill for about 1-2min, you don’t want to burn it only make it golden and so it is ‘glued’ together.
